We are seeking a talented and versatile Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring ingredient freshness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with staff and management to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
- Adapt recipes and techniques as needed to meet guest feedback and changing needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef, with a focus on breakfast, lunch, and dinner REQUIRED.
- Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work early morning hours and adjust to a flexible schedule as needed.
