Job Full Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a small but growing e-commerce drip irrigation supply company here in White City, Oregon and we’re excited to talk with you! Wage starts at $18-22/hr DOE!
What to expect:
- Drip irrigation training (No prior irrigation knowledge required!)
- Hands-on learning with a structured, supportive training program

What you will be doing:
- Answering customer questions via email (We do not offer phone support)
- Handling returned products
- Learning about drip irrigation (We never stop learning here!)
- Working overtime during ‘peak season’ (March - August)

- Peak Season availability - March through August is our busiest part of the year, during this time employees will be required to work weekends, holidays and overtime.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in retail or the customer service field; email-based experience highly desired
- Comfortable using Macs and working with technology.
- Must be willing to submit to criminal, driving, and financial background checks.
- Must be able to submit proof of employment eligibility.
- Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
- Any college-level coursework preferred
