Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead and oversee restoration, residential, and commercial construction projects. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company objectives.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to allocate resources effectively and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and challenges, implementing proactive solutions to minimize delays or budget overruns.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, schedules, and cost reports.
  • Leadership: Foster a positive team environment, mentoring staff and promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in restoration, residential, or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interaction.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
