Job Full Description
Front Desk Receptionist:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk, by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately. Ensure that all customers are checked in to the building correctly. Providing a warm and welcoming environment for both visitors and employees.
- Handling employee apparel orders, walk in orders, and orders for training classes, communicating with both production and the employee or customer about stock levels and lead times.
- Answering basic customer service emails (tracking information, invoices, receipts, etc.) in a professional manner that is consistent with the superior customer service we are known for.
- Sales Admin functions:
- Adding and removing products from the website
- Changing prices on current products
- Handling back orders and keeping track of them, including communication with the customer and production.
- Processing replacements and returns when needed
- Going through product launch paperwork and making sure no spelling errors were missed and that all the information is correct.
- Other miscellaneous tasks for the Sales Team
- Keeping the lobby clean and tidy, making sure that floors are swept, tables are organized and stocked, and things are picked up.
- An understanding of our products, including the items in the lobby.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A positive “Can Do” attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
