Job Full Description
The Project Manager (PM) oversees restoration projects from mitigation to build-back, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards. The PM is the primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and field crews, ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Results Area #1 - Project Coordination
- Develop and maintain project schedules, material lists, and budgets.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all project updates, work orders, and documentation are maintained in DASH software.
- Proactively identify and address project challenges to keep work on track.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, progress, and safety compliance
Key Results Area #2 - Team Success
- Assign tasks and ensure crew members remain productive and efficient.
- Maintain clear and structured communication with field staff and subcontractors.
- Enforce safety protocols, PPE usage, and compliance with industry standards
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Must be goal oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple project at same time for team success.
- Actively mentor and support team members' development and growth.
