Assistant Property Manager
We are seeking a positive, self-motivated, and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager! This role supports the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, resident relations, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily property operations to meet financial goals.
- Support leasing efforts and resident retention programs.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors to ensure timely repairs.
- Conduct daily property inspections to maintain curb appeal.
- Address and resolve resident concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate property records and files.
- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Serve notices and ensure compliance with local and federal landlord-tenant laws.
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of property management experience with an emphasis on leasing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with AppFolio and swimming pool maintenance is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a reliable, insured vehicle for business-related transportation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of local and federal landlord-tenant and fair housing laws.
