Job Description: As a Fabricator II, you will play a crucial role in welding and adhering to established quality control standards and procedures. You will maintain site cleanliness, follow welding schedules, and use drawings to complete tasks within planned resource hours. Knowledge of build standards, ABYC requirements, and deliverable timelines is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks with adherence to quality control standards.
  • Maintain site cleanliness and follow welding schedules.
  • Utilize drawings to complete tasks within planned resource hours.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of build standards and ABYC requirements.
  • Meet deliverable timelines.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding applications, including welding, straightening, and use of fixtures.
  • Knowledge of all WPS materials and AWD D1.2 standards.
  • Relevant certifications as required by various contracts.
  • Ability to learn fitting and additional boat building techniques.
  • Complete assigned weldments efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Work Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in welding aluminum and/or stainless/steel.

Compensation:

  • $26 per hour
