Job Title: Gas Shield MIG Welder
Location: Milwaukie/ Portland Area
Pay: $45 - $80 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, flexible scheduling available)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Gas Shield MIG Welder with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This is a hands-on, physical role that involves:
- Following plans and drawings to complete production runs of multiple components
- Reading blueprints to ensure precision and accuracy in welding projects
- Executing production welding with consistency and efficiency
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of Gas Shield MIG welding experience
✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
✅ Must provide own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
✅ Comfortable with physical work in a production environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Welding certifications (not required but highly preferred)
- Formal education in welding or related trades
