Express East Portland is hiring for a Client Support Specialist!
Location: Portland Metro Area
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, no weekends

What You’ll Do:
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients, troubleshoot their issues via phone and in person, and provide top-notch support.
- On-Site Visits: Travel to client locations within the Portland Metro area to test and repair equipment.
- Hands-On Work: Physically test and repair equipment, ensuring everything is in perfect working order.
- Manage Your Time: Work a consistent 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to tackle any challenge.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to 70 pounds.
- Valid Driver's License
