Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals – North Portland is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the Admin Assistant/Front Office Support position with our client in North Portland. This is an immediate, full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, high professionalism, and an energetic and outgoing personality. Punctuality, motivation, and an updated electronic resume are key qualifications for this role.
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: Ongoing, Evaluation-to-hire
Key Core Competencies:
- Manage front desk area, screen calls, and coordinate office calendars.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional dependability, punctuality, and personal accountability.
- Build customer confidence and commitment to increasing customer satisfaction.
- Friendly personality and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
Additional Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, HS Diploma required.
- Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and writing).
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional, and fun environment.
