For over 15 years, Josh Armstrong has been providing staffing solutions to clients across the United States. During the last ten years, Josh has provided Risk Management solutions for Express Employment Professional franchises in Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and California as the Director of Risk Management. Josh has always wanted to be a business owner, and the opportunity became available in 2021 to be the new Franchisee servicing the North Portland territory. Josh has provided clients in the North Portland territory with staffing solutions across skilled trade positions, drivers, and all industrial and administrative staffing levels. Josh's risk management focus adds a level of service clients in the North Portland territory will benefit from. Josh strongly believes the North Portland territory will continue to be an excellent place for Employers and Job Seekers and is excited to partner with both to provide the right fit the first time.
Outside of Express, Josh is a volunteer volleyball coach in the Portland and Vancouver area. Josh played college volleyball and beach volleyball in Southern California and Hawaii before moving to Oregon in 1999. Josh believes in helping people and is passionate and genuine about helping people succeed.
