Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Maintenance Tech to help at a local ranch. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks related to ranch and building maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair ranch roads to ensure safe access.
- Assist in the upkeep and repair of buildings, including minor repairs and routine inspections.
- Perform regular maintenance on ranch equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and manage inventory supplies, ensuring materials are stocked and readily available.
- Provide assistance in construction projects as needed, including site preparation and cleanup.
- Keep detailed maintenance logs updated to track work performed and equipment usage.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in labor or maintenance roles.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general construction practices.
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
