Part time Payroll with full time potential, $20/HR during training $21/HR after training
Discretion dealing with confidential information
Payroll Tax return experience
Prioritized, organized and meet deadlines

Payroll experience or college payroll courses
Greet visitors
Collect applications
Answer phones
Review hire paperwork
Check social security with E-verify
Enter information into Quickbooks and FF database
Verify employment
Prevailing wage rate knowledge
Keep up with current state & federal payroll laws
Keep track of draws for all employees
Complete worksheet for each active garnishment
Payroll quarterlies
W2 process
Payroll liabilities knowledge
Complete timecards and reviews for accuracy
Check timecard totals against shift tickets
Enter time, as well as job number, work comp code and class
Create paychecks using QuickBooks
File
Research and answer payroll questions
Must be proficient in QuickBooks, and Microsoft office
