Part time, Billing Clerk

8am-12, Monday through Friday

$17.63-$22.21/HR DOE

• Process/track invoices and payment for various county services
• Responsible for generating invoices, ensuring accurate billing, and resolving any discrepancies or issues with payments
• Maintain records
• Prepare financial reports
• Provide customer service regarding billing inquiries
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or errors in billing information
• Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of the billing system and database
• Adhere to county policies, procedures, and regulations related to billing process
• May include assisting with collections, preparing account statements, and other related tasks
