Express Employment is looking for an Office Specialist!

 

Job Summary:

 

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO DALLAS, OR


The Office Specialist 2 provides clerical, administrative, and customer service support. Key responsibilities include processing financial tasks, managing service provider payments, performing receptionist duties, and maintaining office records and supplies.

 

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday

Starting Pay:
$18.72 per hour

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clerical & Financial Support:

    • Process program applications, verify documents, and handle payments (EBT cards, Medicaid forms).
    • Record deposits, issue receipts, and manage financial records.

 

  • Receptionist & Customer Service:

    • Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries.
    • Schedule appointments, manage walk-ins, and handle mail/document distribution.

 

  • Records & Office Management:

    • Maintain and convert records, ensure proper filing and archiving.
    • Order office supplies and maintain a clean reception area.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; office or secretarial training preferred.
  • 3 years of office experience, including proficiency with computers and office equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and follow privacy policies.

 

 

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods, use office equipment, and lift up to 25 pounds.
