Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our Service Department team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and efficiently handling housing parts through computer-based systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both on the phone and with computer systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from the service department's direct line.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments promptly and accurately.
  • Learn and manage housing parts effectively.
  • Utilize computer systems and programs for managing parts inventory and related tasks (approximately 70% of the role involves computer work).
  • Handle high call volumes during peak times (approximately 30% of the role involves phone communication).

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage: $21 - $22/hour, based on experience.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, day shift (either 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a 4-panel UA pre-employment test.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and programs.
  • Willingness to learn about housing parts and processes.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient during high call volumes.
