8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 Depending on Experience
Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across departments.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data entries.
- Assist with data migration and system updates as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
