Bilingual Staffing Consultant

Location: Downtown Salem
Salary: $18 - $20 per hour to start + commission opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Interviewing: Help source, recruit, and interview candidates for light industrial positions.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Community Impact: Play a vital role in improving the local community by matching people with meaningful job opportunities.
- Computer & Office Tasks: Utilize your Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills to manage recruitment tasks efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish): Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse range of candidates.
- Computer Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; Word and Excel experience is a plus.
- Office Experience: Previous office experience is required. Sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Motivated & Compassionate: A natural desire to help people and a drive to improve your community.
- Discernment: Ability to make sound decisions and assess candidates effectively.
