Our health and wellness company in downtown Salem is looking for a Front Office Receptionist. If you're passionate about health and wellness and enjoy providing outstanding customer service, we want you on our team!
Position Details:
- Pay: $15/hr + commissions
- Location: Downtown Salem, OR
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Full-Time or Part-Time: Flexible hours, with the opportunity to work full-time or part-time
- Type: Hourly, Entry-Level
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls and provide information to clients
- Process payments and assist with bookings
- Maintain a clean, organized front office space
- Provide excellent customer service to create a positive, welcoming experience for everyone
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Entry-level computer knowledge (ability to use basic office software)
- High-energy, extroverted, and social personality
- Bubbly, positive attitude with a passion for health and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy, dynamic environment
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required
