Express Employment needs an Inside Sales Specialist

 

Are you passionate about sales and building strong customer relationships? Join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in driving leads from inception to close and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm 

Pay: $22.00+ Depending on Experience

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead Follow-Up: Engage with potential customers via email and phone to follow up on leads and inquiries.

  • Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to resource.
  • Sales Process Management: Provide pricing, close sales, and ensure a smooth transition to outside sales representatives after project completion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical service, and marketing teams to ensure quick and accurate follow-up on customer inquiries.
  • Territory Management: Oversee a territory of small "inside sales" customers and manage smaller-scale business opportunities with brokers and distributors.
  • Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce.com to manage leads, document interactions, and ensure data accuracy. Qualify and convert leads to opportunities and contacts.

Product Expertise:

  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on key product lines and provide customers with product recommendations in collaboration with the Technical Service team.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers from lead inception to the close of the sale, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Must have relevant experience to be considered for this role

  • 2-year college degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Positive attitude and excellent phone manners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
