ATTENTION All Handy People!
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a property maintenance professional to perform repairs, maintenance and installations for an Apartment Complex here locally in Salem!
If you have experience in flooring and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a perfect fit.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $21.00-22.00 Depending on experience.
The key skills needed for this position are a focus on flooring, painting, drywall repair, carpet, and vinyl flooring:
Property Maintenance Skills Required:
- General Repair: Problem-solving, tool proficiency, and basic repair skills.
- Flooring: Measuring, cutting, installation techniques, and surface preparation.
- Painting: Surface preparation, application techniques, and color matching.
- Drywall Repair: Patching, sanding, taping, mudding, and texturing.
- Carpet Installation: Measuring, cutting, stretching, securing, and seaming.
- Vinyl Flooring: Cutting, fitting, adhesive application, and sealing.
These skills ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. If you have experience in these areas, you'll be well-prepared for a property maintenance role!
