Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide updates, offer services, and build relationships.
- Accurately document and log all call interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent service.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
