Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to schedule appointments with the team.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing friendly, informative communication.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling calendar, ensuring appointments are timely and efficiently booked.
- Answer questions, provide information, and keep customers excited about upcoming appointments.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth, positive client experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or appointment setting is a plus!
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, persuasive style.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while keeping a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software or databases is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
