We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a fast-paced and dynamic team supporting clients in logistics, order fulfillment, and general service inquiries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, has strong organizational skills, and thrives in a multitasking environment. The CSR will act as the main point of contact for customers while also coordinating logistics and ensuring orders are processed and delivered smoothly.

Job Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide delivery updates

  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and shipping partners to manage logistics and ensure timely fulfillment

  • Handle order discrepancies, returns, and service issues with a solutions-oriented approach

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in CRM or internal systems

  • Assist with invoicing, billing inquiries, and documentation related to shipments and services

  • Provide product or service information, answer questions, and assist in resolving customer concerns

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or logistics support role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with logistics processes, shipping platforms, or inventory software is a plus

  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
