Our client is looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead their maintenance team and keep the community in top shape! Job Summary:
As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the maintenance team, manage repairs, and coordinate projects across the property. From HVAC systems to plumbing, you’ll ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
  • Perform and oversee maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, HVAC repairs, and painting.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property meets safety and quality standards.
  • Manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and delegate assignments to the team.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized projects.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist with on-call emergency maintenance as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a residential or multifamily setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills.
  • Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to be on call for emergencies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications are a bonus.
