Job Summary:
As a Tool & Die Maker, you’ll be crafting the tools, dies, and molds that bring products to life! Working with a dedicated team, you’ll design, build, and repair dies with precision and craftsmanship, ensuring that every part functions seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and construct tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for production.
- Operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machinery to create components.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications.
- Maintain, repair, and modify existing tools and dies to ensure efficient production.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes.
- Follow safety standards and guidelines to ensure a safe workspace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker or similar role.
- Proficiency with machine shop tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong understanding of materials and machining techniques.
- Excellent math and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
