Automotive Service Technician - Car Mechanic - Aftermarket Expertise

Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Diagnostics and Maintenance: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues in imported vehicles. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations to ensure optimal vehicle performance.

  • Aftermarket Modifications and Tuning: Install and calibrate aftermarket performance parts, including exhaust systems, suspension upgrades, and engine enhancements. Conduct test drives and use diagnostic equipment to fine-tune vehicle settings for enhanced performance.

  • Repair and Replacement Services: Repair or replace components such as brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors, and other parts as necessary. Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and customer expectations.

  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnostic findings, recommend services, and update them on vehicle status. Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and encourage repeat business.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians and support staff to share knowledge, address complex issues, and ensure efficient workshop operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on imported vehicles and aftermarket modifications. Recent graduates with relevant training and personal projects are also encouraged to apply.

  • Tools: Possess basic automotive tools or demonstrate a willingness to invest in necessary tools to perform assigned tasks effectively.

  • Aftermarket Expertise: Hands-on experience with aftermarket vehicle modifications, tuning, and performance enhancements.
