Job Full Description
A client of ours in Canby is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. This individual will serve as a key component of the team by interacting with customers via phone and email to fulfill requests for quotes, provide order status updates and advise on all products. You will demonstrate your computer navigation skills and successfully collaborate with several departments including Transportation, Operations, Sales and Customer Service to expedite processing of customer purchases orders and customer requests for information.

Duties:
- Advise customers on products and policies
- Effectively process incoming purchase orders to ensure accuracy of product, pricing and transportation requirements
- Prepare freight quotes based on requests from internal and external customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales, operations, transportation, and teammates
- Develop expertise on full line of products
- Maintain accurate customer records in all software systems, CRM, document management, ERP and other programs as trained
- Work in Vantage ERP systems and other programs as trained
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- 1-2 years call center experience; product/manufacturing call center environment preferred
- Experience with order entry/data entry for product
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work well with others and contribute as a team member
- Experience using ERP, CRM and document management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and proficient phone skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: $20-$22 DOE
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am to 5pm, potential earlier start time flexibility
