Job Full Description
A client of ours in Wilsonville is looking to add a Set-Up Technician to their swing shift. These positions have a lot of room to learn and grow. If you are looking for reliable employment in the manufacturing industry, give us a call today!
This is a long-term evaluation to hire position!
Duties:
- Setting up equipment as directed, including tool installation, machine preparation, and barrel cleaning to support the manufacturing process.
- Adjusting machine settings to correct any production errors that arise.
- Programming and optimizing production robots
- Barrel and grinder cleaning
- Collecting and entering data to support document procedures.
- Working with engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve processes as needed
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- 6+ months of experience
- injection molding equipment experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to read and understand instructions in English.
- Able to push and pull tools
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, pivot, reach, lift, and carry up to 50lbs.
Pay: $19.82/hr. +DOE
Schedule:
Tues-Sat 3:00pm-11:30pm
Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
