Job Full Description
This role stands as the Company's primary point of contact with customers, aiming to grasp their equipment requirements, negotiate, and finalize orders. It necessitates adept administrative skills and a commitment to ensuring customer contentment through a consistently professional demeanor. The Rental Coordinator's contribution is pivotal to the seamless operation of the rental business and is crucial for supporting the team in achieving satisfactory sales and profit margins. We're in search of diligent, ambitious individuals with a track record of success in customer service roles.
Pay: $20-$25/hr. DOE.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm; there will be days with OT working until 5 pm
This is an evaluation-to-hire position!
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Support and foster strong communication via telephone and walk-in customers
• Coordinate and process rental agreements for customer rentals of all yard equipment
• Provide customers with rental applications, be able to suggest adding on equipment that can add a potential benefit to them as well as an upsell
• Schedule pick up, delivery, and return of equipment
• Support the sales team and Branch manager in administrative duties as needed
• Verify insurance coverage of all customers before approving the rental contract.

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build solid relationships with your coworkers as well as our customers
• Technical aptitude is a must
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals
• Ability to calculate numbers and amounts such as discounts and interest for quoting purposes
• Must have strong computer skills and the ability to be trained and learn new software
• Must be able to work additional hours to meet customer and business demands
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalen
