Job Full Description
A client of ours in the Lake Oswego area is looking to add multiple Sales individuals to their team. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in retail, furniture selling, or similar industry backgrounds. This role will start on a fixed rate while with Express & move to an uncapped commission plan.
This is an evaluation to hire position.
Duties:
- Working sales floor for furniture sales
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure success of everyone working & customer satisfaction
- Become SME for all product on floor & help customer’s find perfect fit
- Other admin & sales related paperwork duties as required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- Experience in retail, mattress, furniture, or jewelry sales industries
- Customer oriented with heavy emphasis on outgoing personality
- Self-starter with ability to hit the ground running
Pay: $44/hr. to start & commission upon full-time hire with the client.
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturdays are mandatory.
