Job Full Description
A national company we are working with is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their Tualatin team! They are looking for someone who has CSR experience and knows 10 Key. This position is for a quick learner with strong communication skills. This is a long-term evaluation to hire position!
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and prompt manner
- Research and respond to customer inquires.
- Manage customer requests, information and issue resolutions with prompt responses.
- Coordinate with customers and corporate groups route revisions or major order/delivery changes.
- Generate weekly and special productivity reports.
- Complete customer surveys as needed.
- Office and communications tasks as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- A creative problem solver, and multi-tasker with great attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal skills, and organization and planning skills.
- Up to two years of experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to type 45 words per minute as well as use 10-key by touch.
- High school or GED
- A friendly, confident, and eager-to-learn individual
- Ability to prioritize tasks and ensure issues are handled by order of importance.
- Excel experience is a HUGE plus
Pay: $18-$21/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
