Job Full Description
Lake Oswego Company is looking for an eager self-starter to join their team. As a company we assist business with Managing their cellular devices and plans. Including setting up their technical deceives whether new or upgrades. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, a problem solver and have the ability to multi-task.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Order entry and plan management in carrier systems
- Set up new phone & tablet devices this will include, setting up security profiles, loading apps, etc.
- Apply product for waterproofing
- Apply glass protector screens
- Once phone is set up re-package and create shipping label
- Maintaining internal database and ticketing systems
- Shipping and receiving
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable
- Problem solver
- Ability to multitask
- Technical support skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Self-starter who can stay on task
Experience
- Customer service
- Experience working for a cellular provider in B2B or retail environment is highly desired and beneficial
- Experience with Apple and Samsung products is highly desired
- Someone who has worked as and Help Desk associate
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $18-$20.00 per hour DOE
