Job Full Description
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will assist in evaluating and identifying top-notch candidates for all current openings.
This position is a team-oriented role that will work regularly with the Employment Specialists to ensure a positive and effective recruiting experience. This fast-paced environment will require thorough communication with team members and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong skills with Microsoft Office is required. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and have the desire to grow with the company!
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the initial screening and evaluation of candidates for all open positions
• Guide candidates through the application process
• Log all resumes and be sure they are attached to the proper file
• Schedule and organize interviews with prospective candidates
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking and internal recruiting tools to source and fill open positions
• Complete reference checks on candidates
• Serve as backup Receptionist when needed
