Job Full Description
A client of ours in Sherwood is looking to add a Lumber Production Operator to join their small team. This is a small, family-owned sawmill company that specializes in custom, small-production wood projects. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy crafting wood products and working with their hands. This is a heavy lifting position as many of the pieces are larger conference tables or dining tables.
This is an Evaluation to Hire opportunity.
Location: Sherwood. The company will be moving to Newberg late Summer 2025.
- Operate large saw machine to cut lumber into shape
- Stack products
- Quality check product for imperfections
- Attending to detail and care is essential.
Pay: $20.00+/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
