Job Full Description
A client of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a CNC Maintenance Technician their team. The ideal candidate for this position would possess prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
This is an evaluation to hire position.

Duties:
- Conducts scheduled preventive maintenance on building mechanical equipment, including inspecting belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, greasing bearings, and repairing or replacing broken parts.
- Cleans oil skimmers and refills way oil tanks.
- Checks coolant concentrations and refills coolant tanks.
- Monitors and maintains filters on sand blast cabinets.
- Ensures proper functioning of compressors, air dryers, and supporting equipment.
- Monitors and maintains evaporator units, tanks, and supporting equipment, including filters.
- Inspects and repairs pneumatic distribution systems.
- Completes daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for building and equipment maintenance procedures, maintaining records of scheduled maintenance.
- Responds to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
- Assists with building renovation and remodeling tasks, such as wall repairs, plastering, simple electrical work, and painting.
- Repairs or replaces doors, locks, plumbing fixtures, and other facility needs.
- Performs outside custodial duties, including snow removal and yard cleanup as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):
- Technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Electrical expertise and problem-solving ability.
- Minimum one year of manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and lifting ability.
- Good vision and hearing, mobility, and tolerance to noise and vibration.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with basic equipment such as measuring instruments, lubricants, diagnostic tools, a computer with software, replacement parts, a specialized tool kit, and safety gear.
Pay: $20 - $30 DOE
Schedule(s): Monday to Friday, 6AM – 2:30PM
