Express is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a local company in Butler, PA!
Job Duties:
- Handle incoming calls, and email messages from customers regarding services, billing inquiries, product information, and general questions.
- Provide information on available services, promotions, and packages, scheduling services accordingly.
- Input customer orders accurately, update service requests, and ensure timely execution of scheduled services.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on completed services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and feedback using the company's CRM software
- Work closely with field staff, service technicians, and management to ensure seamless customer service and timely resolution of any issues.
- Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a busy office environment (service industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a friendly, professional tone.
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to use a multi line phone system and multi task
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Occasional Saturdays as needed during peak season
