Job Full Description

Express is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a well known facility in Butler, PA!

 

Job Duties: 

• Perform routine maintenance on guest rooms, common areas, and exterior spaces, to ensure they are in excellent condition and meet quality standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and tasks on a scheduled basis to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance work orders, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact on guest experience
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, inventory, and maintenance logs
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Assist with renovations, upgrades, and capital improvement projects as needed, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and hotel management to ensure timely and successful completion.

Job Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE TROUBLESHOOTING 220V BREAKER BOXES
• 2 years of experience in maintenance of a commercial facility
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently

Schedule: 

• Full Time
• Must have weekend availability
• Shift times: 8:00AM-4:00PM

Pay: 

• Starting at $16.00/hr
