Job Full Description
Manufacturer in Mount Pocono is seeking a IT Business Analyst to join their team! This is a FULL TIME position. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Below are some of this positions responsibilities
- Responsible for understanding and supporting the business throughout the process, from order to cash, through IT systems design, modification and reporting.
- Assist IT Department in providing the best support to Business Processes by breaking down problems and offering manageable solutions.
- Create accurate and current documentation of Business Processes and the supporting IT systems.
- Train users in Business Processes and Supporting Systems as required.
- Develop Reports and Data Visualizations to assist in the execution of Best Practices in the environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3 years Business Analyst experience
- 3 years ERP experience ( Syteline )
- 3 years Project Management experience
- 3 years Manufacturing Business Process experience
