Manufacturer located in Stroudsburg is seeking a motivated and energetic Production Supervisor to join their team. This role is key in driving operations and supporting growth targets through effective leadership in the fabrication departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery goals.
- Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the production floor.
- Lead and support team leaders and production employees in sheet metal fabrication.
- Foster a healthy and positive work environment to enhance productivity.
- Drive cost savings initiatives while meeting customer satisfaction targets.
- Lead and mentor team members, driving continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
- Resolve production, safety, and personnel issues while ensuring effective operation of equipment.
- Coach and develop employees, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
