• Oversee and assess existing processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization.
• Design, implement, and test new procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Assemble detailed reports documenting process status, changes, and performance.
• Track key metrics to identify improvement opportunities and monitor the effectiveness of upgrades.
• Communicate findings, proposals, and recommendations to upper management for decision-making.
• Use process simulation software to test and determine the best production strategies.
• Provide clear instructions to ensure successful implementation of process changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
