Job Full Description
Full time welding / fabricator position located in Nesquehoning. Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm $24 an hour.
Description
- Set up, lay out, and tack weld various frame weldments and brackets to tight tolerances.
- Weld precision frames using steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other materials as required.
- Ensure final cosmetic finish is met using angle grinders and sanders.
- Operate heavy machinery, including cranes, and apply rigging knowledge for safe handling.
- Maintain high-quality welding standards while adhering to safety protocols and specifications.
- MUST obtain these tools - Tools needed: welding helmet and personally preferred garbing. For our purposes, some basic tools to start like tape measures, squares, hammers, chisel and we build from there, once they get a feel for the job.
