Metal fabricator in Stroudsburg is seeking a full time production manager to join their team! 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and government regulations.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Provide direction to employees and team leads in resolving safety, quality, production, scheduling, and personnel issues.
• Maintain effective communication with the General Manager regarding concerns and solutions.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of all equipment to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Coach and mentor team leads and production staff to support professional development.
• Utilize MRP/ERP systems to optimize production planning and execution.

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
