Company located in McAdoo is seeking an experience process engineer to join their team! This is a full time position, Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. 

Responsibilities:

• Assess and oversee existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Design, implement, and test new procedures to optimize productivity.
• Track key metrics to evaluate performance and monitor the impact of upgrades.
• Utilize process simulation software to determine the most effective production strategies.
• Prepare and present reports and proposals to upper management.
• Conduct risk assessments to mitigate potential issues in process changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while providing clear instructions for successful implementation.
