Job Full Description
Manufacturer located in Mount Pocono is seeking an experienced machine operator to join their team! This position will be full time. The shift will be Sunday - Wednesday 7am - 7pm. Pay rate will be based off of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain two machines, direct T3 operators, and ensure efficient processing of work orders.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, testing, shutdown, and startup to maintain consistent quality.
- Load machines with raw materials, label, package products, and ensure the correct resin is used.
- Maintain tool boards, report accidents, support the recycling program, and comply with ISO9001 procedures.
- Enter data into Syteline or other records, generate labels, record scrap, and provide backup support for other machine operators as needed.
