Job Full Description

Hours:
- Monday- Friday 6am-3:30pm
Requirements:
-
- Reading urethane formula sheets, sales orders, and technical drawings.
- The ability to Start Up and Run Casting Machines and trouble shoot and identify problems.
- Knowing the materials and Duro’s to run all products.
- Assembling and Silicone Molds in accordance with the job paperwork and process.
- Material identification, as well as weighing, mixing and vacuuming material.
- Remove material (drums) from oven, inspect and Transfer Material to machines.
- Load and Unload Drums from Heated Drum Carts and ensure Drum Carts are at proper temperature.
- Assure ovens / tables are at their proper temps.
- Ability to pour urethane; demold parts without damaging the parts and molds.
- Able to read and interpret formula sheets, sales orders, and technical drawings.
- Demonstrate proper and safe operation of hand tools, molds and other equipment.
- Easily switch from Mold to Mold turning a variety of parts throughout the day.
