The ideal candidate must have the ability to layout and fit stairs and railings, and be experienced in operating equipment such as drill presses, ironworkers, plasma cutters, etc. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of welding, fitting, fabrication, and installation experience within the structural and miscellaneous metals industry is required. Brazing and repair experience are preferred. The candidate should be a team player with a positive attitude, possess the ability to read a tape measure within 1/16th of an inch, and have basic math skills. Additionally, the ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.
