Express Employment Professionals Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking two (2) full-time Administrative Assistant for the payroll department of a Philadelphia based 80 year old non-profit organization. They provide Workforce Development, Career & Technical Education and Community Living & Home Support services. This is a contract position in their Finance Department for 3 to 6 months. This is hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Administrative Assistant, performs the following duties to include but not limited to:

 Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the participants, attendants and the payroll team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Input, update and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member

 Requirements

  • Associate degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft 365 Office Suite.(Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
