SUMMARY:
The Consumer Care Representative is a strategic connection for our brand partners, maintaining long-term relationships with covered Brand Partners. This role encompasses all aspects of the brand’s consumer care, including quality, fulfillment, contact trending, case review, information updates, and brand partner communication/recommendations. The Consumer Care Representative will ensure clarity and consistency in processes and contacts between business partners and brand partners.
The Consumer Care Representative functions include but are not limited to:
- Brand Partner Management
- Quality and Fulfillment
- Data Analysis and Insights
- Communication and Relationship Building
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

- Intellectual Curiosity: Engages in continuous learning and critical thinking
- Interpersonal Savy and Adaptability: Flexible and self-aware, with a strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels seamlessly
- Communication: Excellent skills in articulating data, ideas, concepts and weaving them into compelling, concise narratives that tell a story for brand partners
- Technical Proficiency: High level of expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Work Environment: Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 3 days/week in the Kent, Ohio., with remote work making up the remainder of the 5-day work week. In addition, you will need to be flexible to travel to company, brand partner, customer and/or vendor locations, which can be up to 25% of the time in any given month.
