We are a leader in the Health, Wellness and Beauty industry providing sales expertise and capabilities to our clients in Retail and Digital Commerce, Logistics/Supply Chain, Insights/Data Analytics and Marketing Services.

 

SUMMARY:

 

As a Sales Administrator, you will be integral to the success of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to support the team in achieving their sales objectives by efficiently managing daily administrative tasks for our key customers at Walgreens.

 

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant experience

Work Environment:  Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 3 days/week in the Wheeling, IL Office, with remote work making up the remainder of the 5-day work week. In addition, you may need to be flexible to travel to company, brand partner, customer and/or vendor locations, on a limited basis.

 

The Sales Administrator supports account management functions including but not limited to:

 

Client and Customer Management:

Manage and coordinate daily tasks related to Walgreens

Complete new item paperwork, vendor setup, display, spec change, and promotional contracts for review within customer portals

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Help manage customer-specific needs and requests

Track PO’s as requested by clients & customers, as well as following up on cut lists as needed.

Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team (ex: answer phones, route calls/emails, take messages)

Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales decks

Cover for other Admins when they are out of office

 Event and Program Coordination:

Handle markdown and discontinuation program paperwork

Order item samples for sales calls as needed

Assist in Charity Event and Tradeshow planning as needed
